Responsibilities: •Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy •Assist in drafting legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and pleadings •Review and analyze legal documents and evidence •Maintain and organize case files and documentation •Assist attorneys in case preparation and trial support •Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties as needed Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field •Strong research and analytical skills •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Attention to detail and ability to work independently •Familiarity with legal terminology and processes •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Preferred skills: •Experience with legal research databases and tools •Internship or work experience in a legal setting •Knowledge of civil and criminal procedure •Familiarity with document management systems •Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments efficiently
